Computer Lab
The information technologies and learning resources are essential in each institution for their academic and administrative purposes. Information technology is the use of computers to store, retrieve and transmit data or information. In today’s medical facilities, nurses must have a good grasp of how computers are used in the nursing profession. Considering the need of this situation our institution has a well equipped computer lab with LAN and internet services through wireless connectivity for the students.College uses a wide range of instructional techniques to equip the students.
Laboratories
A concrete knowledge in anatomy is the base of every health professional. In our college, anatomy lab is designed to provide the basic education about the human anatomy. It is designed to assist students in acquiring knowledge of the normal structure of human body. It also induces the students to understand the alternation in anatomical structure and function in disease and practice of nursing. Our lab contains an extensive collection of models, charts, specimens, full skeleton,all kinds of bones. We have also Nutrition Lab,Child Health Nursing Lab,Community Health Nursing Lab etc.
Hostel
Hostel accommodation is available in the institution premises with well spacious and proper ventilated rooms which will create homely atmosphere and enable the students to have their studies. The objective of the hostel is to provide comfortable, intellectual and recreational facilities for the students. Staff quarters are provided for teaching faculty. Well furnished rooms and Mess facility is available in the hostel for the students with vegetarian foods.
Transportation
The college has adequate buses which are made available to students and the faculty member for transporting from various localities. The routes and pickup point are clearly laid out. To ensure safety and security of students we provide transportation facility at a no profit no loss basis. Transportation facilities are also provided for various clinical postings. We have employed qualified and experienced drivers for added safety.
Library
Library is the centre of learning. Our library is fully equipped with numerous books, journals both national and international, general reading magazines and newspaper for the use of students and staff. The library functions daily under the guidance of professional librarians. The students are encouraged to make full use of these resources and abide by the rules and regulations of the library. The faculty ensures to foster reading habits among students.
Student Cafeteria
Student cafeteria is located within the college campus. It serves all types of snacks, tea, coffee, soft drinks, stationaries etc at a nominal rate. The overall ambience provides relaxation to both students and faculty. Hygiene is compromised at zero levels by the hygiene committee. The management of the canteen is directly under the control of the College Administration. Contractors are selected according to available and suitable quotations.Wholesome, hygienic and varied foods are available without any loss in nutritive value.
Placement
The Placement Cell of College is a prolific student-body which works with the aim of bridging the gap between the recruiters and the students. From workshops to the recruitment drive, the cell has been playing a pivotal role in giving its students a dynamic and competitive edge. Through career guidance and advice, the cell ensures high level of interaction between its students and firm.The executive members of P-Cell provide round-the-clock services to its students ensuring that the process goes on smoothly with least difficulties.
